David Rose
President
David has 29 years in the Aerospace fastener business, 25 years in General Management. David is a graduate of Tufts University.
Bryce Hartman
Plant Manager
Bryce has been an employee at Heartland since 2010 when he was hired as an inspector in our Quality Department. He progressed to become Heartland’s Level II in magnetic particle and fluorescent penetrant inspection, a role he held for 9 years. He then trained and became a tool and die maker, serving in this capacity for 5 years. Bryce also has experience in our plating and secondary departments. With this wealth of
experience, Bryce was promoted to Plant manager in May of 2023.
Rose Nafziger
Controller
Rose has over 20 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor and Personnel Administrator. She joined Heartland in 2018 as our Controller.
Ed Spanknoble
Engineering Manager
Ed has 30+ years of experience in aerospace hardware manufacturing, machining, tool and die, and quality assurance. Ed is Heartland’s representative to the NASC, the SAE E-25 Propulsion Systems Standards Committee and the SAE G21 Counterfeit Material Committee. He is always available to provide any technical assistance that you might need.
Dyllan Hayes
Director of Quality
Dyllan has over 12 years of quality management experience in the aerospace industry. He also brings a strong background in quality management systems and knowledge in multiple industries including biomedical,
rail, defense, and heavy equipment.
Beth Burdett
Sales Manager
Beth has been the Production Control Coordinator for Heartland since 1994. She has over 25 years of production and purchasing experience a her vast knowledge made her the perfect choice to oversee the Sales Department.
Bryan Johnson
Quality Manager
Bryan started with Heartland in 2007 as an in-process thread roll inspector. He then moved into our Quality department to help with final inspections and to be trained in mechanical testing. Beginning in 2008, Bryan conducted all mechanical testing for Heartland. He was promoted in 2013 to Quality Supervisor where he
managed mechanical, dimensional, Metallurgical and NDT testing. In 2022, Bryan became our Production / Quality Supervisor and helped with in- process quality questions while also managing outside testing. In September
of 2024, Bryan was promoted to his current position of Quality Manager.

Ashley Lomas
Production Control Coordinator
As a newbie to the manufacturing world,
Ashley was hired in 2018 as Heartland’s
Production Control Assistant. Her attention to detail and adept problem solving and decision-making skills, earned her the promotion, in 2023, to the role she holds today of Production Control Coordinator.
Chuck Brannon
Engineering Consultant
Chuck spent 36 years with Lockheed Martin retiring in May of 2016 as the Group Lead over the Components Engineering group. He served as LM’s corporate representative to the NASC (2 terms as Chairman) and the SAE G-3 (Aerospace Couplings, Fittings, Hose, Tubing Assemblies) committee. In July of 2016 Chuck joined Heartland to support Ed Spanknoble and his Engineering team as well as serving as an AFSAC member in support of Heartland to the NASC.
