David Rose

President

David has 29 years in the Aerospace fastener business, 25 years in General Management. David is a graduate of Tufts University.

Dee Henrichs

Vice President Sales

Dee has held various roles in the Aerospace industry since 2004 and has focused on Sales since 2012. Dee is a graduate of Wichita State University and has a JD from the University of Kansas.

Michael Kuchta

Director, Outside Sales

Michael carries with him 28+ years of aerospace industry fastener experience in sales, marketing, manufacturing, engineering, quality, products and tooling applications, as well as new product development/qualification.

Stephanie Ford

Director of Quality

Steph has an extensive background in Quality leadership with several prominent companies representing a diverse range of quality scope including Manufacturing, Engineering, Procurement, and Construction. She has worked on multiple technologies including coal, nuclear, water, oil, gas, chemicals, and renewables as well as automotive and aerospace. Steph brings her Green Belt Six Sigma training and Certified Lead Auditor for ISO9001 and other quality and safety related certifications. Steph is also a proud Veteran of the US Air Force.

Rose Nafziger

Controller

Rose has over 20 years of experience as an Accounting Supervisor and Personnel Administrator. She joined Heartland in 2018 as our Controller. 

Ed Spanknoble

Engineering Manager

Ed has 30+ years of experience in aerospace hardware manufacturing, machining, tool and die, and quality assurance. Ed is Heartland’s representative to the NASC, the SAE E-25 Propulsion Systems Standards Committee and the SAE G21 Counterfeit Material Committee. He is always available to provide any technical assistance that you might need. 

Chuck Brannon

Engineering Consultant

Chuck spent 36 years with Lockheed Martin retiring in May of 2016 as the Group Lead over the Components Engineering group. He served as LM’s corporate representative to the NASC (2 terms as Chairman) and the SAE G-3 (Aerospace Couplings, Fittings, Hose, Tubing Assemblies) committee. In July of 2016 Chuck joined Heartland to support Ed Spanknoble and his Engineering team as well as serving as an AFSAC member in support of Heartland to the NASC.

Kyle Dye

Plant Manager

Kyle started in the fastener industry in 1979. He started in the thread roll department, where he quickly moved to the heading and tooling department. In 2003 he became the Plant Manager for Heartland Precision Fasteners. 

Beth Burdett

Production Control Coordinator

Beth has been the Production Control Coordinator for Heartland since 1994. She has over 20 years of production and purchasing experience.
